Through this Taylor-themed course, you will gain a better understanding of what grief and anticipatory grief look like, explore various attachment styles, and gain greater insight into how attachment relates to your experience of heartbreak and loss. Dive into several unique Taylor-themed handouts, different tools to expand your tolerance for distress, and increase your opportunity for self growth and self love by navigating heartbreak recovery in a healthy, empowering way.

Meet the Presenter: Nicole Valiquette, MSW, RSW

Nicole Valiquette is a Registered Social Worker, holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Windsor, as well as certification in Trauma Informed Somatic Attachment Therapy. Nicole’s clinical experience and expertise have largely been derived from working within the healthcare system in which she has had the pleasure of supporting individuals as they navigate an array of life challenges. Attachment theory and principles have been a cornerstone of Nicole’s work with clients as they adapt to a variety of life changes and work through the complexities of relationships with both themselves and others. Nicole believes that supporting clients in fostering a secure connection with themself is a crucial component of healing and engaging with their world in a fulfilling and meaningful way.
